• Is Cottage Row Owned by, or a part of, the University?
Cottage Row is a privately-owned student housing property located just 1 mile from campus.
  • Do I have to bring my own roommates?
While you’re welcome to lease an apartment with a group of friends, we also offer roommate matching and individual leasing. This means, you can show up on your own, lease the apartment of your liking, and leave the rest to us.
  • What is Individual Leasing?
With Individual Leasing, you are only responsible for your bedroom and your share of common area expenses. This means that your rent doesn’t change whether you live in an apartment with roommates, or whether you are the only person in an apartment and the remaining rooms are vacant.
  • What is included in the rate?
Our pricing includes internet and cable TV. There is no electricity allowance/cap. We prefer to allow our residents to only pay for the electricity they actually use.
  • How long are the lease terms?
We offer annual (12 month) term and a limited amount of short-term (December-ending) agreements.
  • What payment methods are available for my use?
We accept check, money order, debit/credit cards, traveller’s checks. We do not accept cash payments.
  • Can I use my financial aid to pay rent?
Yes, you may. However, Cottage Row does not work directly with the Financial aid office, therefore it would be up to you to wait until you have the funds in hand, and then make a payment for your rent.
  • Do you allow pets?
Pets are permitted. Please see ask about our Pet Policy for more details when you connect with our Leasing Office.
  • Can I take the shuttle from Cottage Row?
There is a shuttle that stops next to the mailbox area as well as the pet park. The Shuttle stops by the property every 30 minutes during the week.
